Originally joining Smithfield CFS in 1989, Frank transferred to Region 2 Ops and then to Tea Tree Gully CFS in 1992. Frank transferred back to Region 2 Ops in 2003 and is currently Lt2 and Training Officer. Frank enjoys the comradery of being a volunteer.
