The Managed Exchange Web and PC Access product is versatile for businesses of all sizes. With the added functionality of the Outlook 2002 mail client, you can synchronise your e-mail to your local machine as well as your online copy. This gives you true go anywhere access to your e-mail. Also included are the features of the Web Access product allowing you to check your e-mail though any machine with a web browser and internet access.

How do I sign up for Managed Exchange?

If you are a current customer, you can activate Managed Exchange in Mission Control. Simply go to the 'Mailboxes' link, then select 'User Mailboxes' and then click the 'edit' link of the mailbox that you want to enable Managed Exchange on. After clicking on the 'Microsoft Exchange' button, you will be able to select a Managed Exchange option - either Web Access or Web and PC Access - from the drop-down menu. Managed Exchange Add-on features such as 'mobile' and 'SMS' can also be configured by logging a job on your account.

If you are not a current customer but would like to sign up for Managed Exchange, you do not need to purchase a web hosting account from us. To create Managed Exchange mailboxes, you should contact us for details.

Notes

• To utilise Managed Exchange, your e-mail does not have to be currently hosted by us. Migration of your existing mail can also be arranged.
• Additional e-mail storage space will be charged at $0.40 per MB per month.
