With Exchange Mobile Access you can access information on the Exchange Server from your personal organiser. This is the ideal solution for staff who require instant, real-time access to their information no matter where they are.

With Outlook Mobile Access via WAP you can check your e-mail using the mini browser interfaces that are built-in to most mobile phones.

With ActiveSync via GPRS you can stay in touch via your Personal Data Assistant. You will require a PDA that supports Bluetooth to your GPRS enabled mobile phone, or a PDA that supports GPRS on board natively.

How do I enable the Mobile Add-on

To enable Managed Exchange Add-on features such as 'mobile' and 'SMS' you need to log a job on your Managed Exchange account using Mission Control. Please contact us  if you need further assistance.

Notes

• To utilise the Mobile Add-on product, either Managed Exchange Web Access or Managed Exchange Web & PC Access must be enabled.
• To utilise Managed Exchange, your e-mail does not have to be currently hosted by us. Migration of your existing mail can also be arranged.
• Pricing per month excludes mobile carrier data charges, handset costs and all SMS costs (including sent messages, received messages and reminders).
• Prices are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST.
