Mailing Lists

One Mailing List allows you to send an e-mail to up to 1,000 recipients from a single e-mail address. Customers can subscribe to your mailing lists to receive updates on products or information on various topics. It is possible to purchase Additional Mailing Lists from us. This is useful if you have two different types of people to whom you want to send e-mails (e.g. you may want to send information to both suppliers and customers but only have one mailing list. In this case it would be best to purchase an Additional Mailing List which enables you to send e-mail to another set of 1,000 recipients. This would allow you to send different e-mails to each of your mailing lists).

Another option is to purchase a block of Additional Recipients. For customers who require mailing lists with over 1,000 recipients, it is possible to purchase Additional Recipients (e-mail addresses), which can be added in blocks of 2,000, 3,000, 4,000 and 5,000. Customers with an existing web hosting plan can purchase Additional Mailing Lists by logging a job in Mission Control.

Notes

• All WebCentral hosting levels (Domain Parking excluded) support one mailing list with up to 1,000 e-mail addresses free of charge.
• When you purchase Additional Mailing Lists or Additional Recipients, you are not purchasing lists of names or e-mail addresses - you are purchasing the ability to send e-mail to people who subscribe to your mailing list.
• The Additional Mailing List product is capped at 10,000 subscribers. Customers with larger mailing list requirements can be accommodated.
• Once your mailbox exceeds 50 MB in size WebCentral will automatically archive any of your mail data that is over 30-days.
• Prices are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST.
